Your child will be weighed and measured to assess their growth. If you have any previous growth measurements please bring these with you. We will discuss your child’s food intake in-depth and your concerns around their nutrition. I will also gather information about any relevant medical history, exercise and the family’s eating habits.  From here we will develop a nutrition plan that includes setting goals, nutrition education and tailoring a meal plan to suit your child. Written information will be provided. A comprehensive dietary analysis of your child’s exact intake from a food diary can be provided for an additional fee.

How can I pay?

Payment is required at the time of the appointment. If you have a telehealth appointment then payment is required before the appointment. Payment can be by cash, EFTPOS or credit card. Medicare rebates are only available if you have a Chronic Disease Management Plan and referral from your GP. You may receive a rebate from your Private Health Insurance provider depending on your level of cover. Note that I do not bulk-bill.
