In the initial consultation we review all aspects of your child’s nutrition, including their usual food intake, eating/feeding routines, growth and relevant medical and clinical information. From there we will work together on goals to optimise your child’s nutrition. A letter back to your referring doctor or allied health professional is included.
-
A standard review appointment checks your progress with the goals set during the initial consultation. For children on specialised diets, with a medical diagnosis or feeding difficulties standard review appointment is recommended.
-
A short review appointment checks your progress with a goal set during the initial consultation. This is best for if you are having more frequent reviews and want to discuss a single topic. For a more in-depth appointment, a standard review is recommended.
-
I am able to see self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.
Allow up to 2 hours for your initial consultation: 1 hour for the appointment and up to 1 hour for a report back to your referring health professional and additional administrative tasks.

The following Nutrition Care Planning services incur additional fees when completed outside an appointment. This will be discussed with you prior to the work commencing. This includes letters (e.g. clinical letters, travel letters, letters to third parties), NDIS reports, participation in case-conferences, computerised dietary analysis, HEN registrations, meal plans and custom-made nutrition resources.Item description
