Cancellation Policy
The clinic is an appointment-based practice. We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We assist our clients and their families/carers with SMS reminders of their appointments. However, it is your responsibility to make a note of your appointment date and time at the time of booking, manage this and contact us to make changes if you are unable to attend your appointment.
It is okay to:
Cancel or reschedule your booking more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You will not be charged a cancellation fee.
It is not okay to:
Cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. This means we cannot fill this slot and are unable to help another child and their family. You will be charged a cancellation fee that is 100% of the scheduled consultation fee. Payment of the cancellation fee is required before further appointments will be made, or other work undertaken (e.g., reports).
Fail to attend your appointment (a ‘no show’). You will be charged a cancellation fee that is 100% of the scheduled consultation fee. Payment of the cancellation fee is required before further appointments will be made, or other work undertaken (e.g., reports).
